I qualified as a sports massage therapist in 1995 then went on to work at Nottingham Forest Football Club for two seasons from 1996-97.
Over the years I have provided massage treatments in a variety of environments such as clinics, spas and sporting events including The London Marathon. For two years (2015-16), I was massage co-ordinator for cycling events covering the coastal areas of Dorset and Hampshire.
I have also taught and assessed sports massage courses levels 3 & 4.
I qualified as an oncology massage therapist in 2019, enabling me to provide massage therapy to cancer patients.
